Very frustrating controls and camera system

I agree with the review by positiveminds. This seemed like a potentially interesting game, but for me the controls and camera system make it pretty much unplayable. When trying to run away from the first alien at the very beginning of the game, its pretty much impossible to tell which way to go. The camera switches position on its own and you have no clue which way youre running. Meanwhile, shooting the alien doesnt seem to be doing any good and I kept dying repeatedly until I finally gave up.

Also, Im not sure if this game (apparently the first in a series?) has been abandoned on iOS? The News section of the game inexplicably seems to pertain exclusively to the Steam version of the game.
